I just upgraded to the most recent version 2.13 of SSMSBoost for SQL 2012 and was attempting to try out the new formatter however, it seems that I am unable to apply the settings, they just keep going back to the default format style. I've tried modifying the existing New template as well as creating a new template but not matter what I do, it always formats the same. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm not sure what else to try. Any help is greatly appreciated.

BTW, I have been able to successfully modify settings of other configuration items like connections, etc. in the tool just not the formatting ones

Ok, I figured out what was causing the issue. It was my ignorance on how to use the feature. I didn't realize that in order to actually change the format of the SQL after creating a new style, one needs to choose a different style option on the Styles toolbar dropdown. I just had it in my head that selecting/highlighting the desired style under formatting would change the default formatting to the selected style. 😕
