I've used the Community version of SSMSBoost for over a year and really enjoyed it. I've reinstalled it a few times when it asks as well. This time when reinstalling, SSMSBoost simply doesn't come up. I am able to run through the installation process and it doesn't imply that anything is wrong (I even get the "Completed the SSMSBoost for SSMS 2008 Setup Wizard" message). SSMSBoost simply doesn't show back up in menu form or in button form or in any form in my SQL Server Management Studio 2008R2. It's worked before, so I don't know what's up now.
I've tried rebooting. I've tried renaming the C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Solutions Crew\Ssms2008\AppSettings.xml file. I've tried renaming the C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Solutions Crew\Ssms2008 folder. I've restarted a number of times hoping to flip some sort of switch, but no luck. They seem to have no effect whatsoever. Any ideas on further troubleshooting steps I can take? Thanks!
(If it's relevant, I'm running Windows 7 Professional on a 64-bit system. I've had no system changes since I last had it installed with no problems.)
