Can we have the option of creating different sets of fatal actions guard settings that can be applied to different preferred connections.

For example: one set of action guards would be as they are now - forgetting to specify WHERE in UPDATE or DELETE - for dev or test environments, and another set of action guards to prompt for *any* DB changes for production servers.

The two out-of-the-box sets would be what you have now and one that protects any changes - I'm sure I'm not the only person who would benefit from something like this.
