Reconnect when changing connection

open a new query window and start a long query
open a second query
use the second window to kill the session id of the first one
switch to the first session - it should now have the status disconnected in the status bar
try to use the SSMSBoost prefered connection combo box to switch to another database on the same server
it will fail without error message, since you are executing now only a USE <database> statement
-> check the connection status and reconnect, if disconnected, before the USE
