Since the autoformatting tools line things up, I was thinking a visual indentation tool would be amazing. I actually "hacked" ssms to work with the link below, but it wasn't really customized right for SQL.

This visual reference with some tweaks to be better for SQL syntax could be really really cool for visually referencing starting and ending points of queries/begin/end, etc.

This feature is added in recently released v 2.12 (feature is named Guidelines).
